Returns Policy

At Sunbeam Jackie, every parasol is crafted with care. Because our products fall into two categories - Bespoke/Custom and Ready-Made Collection - our returns policy differs depending on what you have purchased.

Bespoke / Custom Orders

Our bespoke parasols are handmade to your specifications. As such, they are exempt from standard cancellation rights under UK consumer law. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the product arrives damaged in transit or if there is a proven fault in our workmanship.

Ready-Made Collection Orders

For our annual collection of ready-made parasols (non-bespoke items), customers purchasing online are entitled to:

  • Cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund.
  • Return the goods within a further 14 days.
    Refunds will be processed once the parasol is returned in its original, saleable condition. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Please check your order on arrival and notify us of any issues within 24 hours. If your product is damaged or faulty, contact us with your order details and we will arrange a replacement or refund once the item has been inspected.

Approved refunds will usually be processed within 30 days, using the same payment method as your order. For returned items, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return delivery, unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please ensure returns are securely packaged, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Unless the reason for your return is due to damage or faulty goods then goods should be returned to us in a saleable condition.
